I felt like it was overpriced for what I ended up getting. The food was fine, but nothing that stood out, and the portion definitely didn’t feel like it matched the price. What annoyed me even more is that the terms/deals seem to keep changing, so you think you’re getting one value and then it’s not really the same by checkout. I expected better from Nathan’s. I probably won’t order again unless the prices come down or they make the offers clearer.

I ordered from nathansfamous.com, the food itself was okay!! Not amazing, not terrible... just fine. But the packaging?? Yeah, that was disappointing. The box showed up kinda crushed, and a few things were just loose inside, sliding around like nobody thought it through.
Nothing was completely ruined, thankfully!!! But it looked messy and not packed with much care at all. For what I paid, I really expected it to show up in better shape than that... just a little more effort with the packaging would’ve made a big difference

I ordered this for a weekend cookout, assuming it would get here in a reasonable amount of time like the tracking suggested. Instead, it showed up 5 days late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time. When I reached out to customer service, they basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t exactly helpful. Frustrating all around

The hot dog had a good snap, which I liked, but mine tasted kind of old, so it ended up being just okay...

I tried the hot dog and expected a little more flavor. It came off plain, mostly just a bit salty, and the fries were fine but not anything memorable. Maybe based on this one visit, it seems like their food just isn’t really my style. Not awful or anything, just not something I’d go out of my way to get again.

The portions were way smaller than I expected, so it really didn’t feel worth the price. I also wasn’t sure what I was supposed to do next if I had an issue—there weren’t any clear next steps for getting help or making it right. Disappointing overall.

I ordered through Nathan's Famous and ended up missing my fries, plus they sent the wrong drink. The hot dogs themselves were fine, but I chose certain items because that’s what I actually wanted, if that makes sense.
Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected and didn’t really do much to fix the issue. It wasn’t a total disaster, but they definitely need to get better with order accuracy.

I tried to place an order on the site, but it kept freezing on me and my payment failed twice for no clear reason. It felt like the whole process was handled carelessly, like nobody had bothered to make sure checkout actually worked properly. After wasting way too much time, I just gave up.

I was hoping there’d be more options, but the menu felt basic ngl. It’s mostly the same type of stuff, and if you’re not really in the mood for hot dogs, there isn’t much else to pick from.

I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would. Not the end of the world, but yeah, it felt slow, slow today.
